Pre Cut 24 x New Year Cupcake Toppers Our cupcake toppers are printed with edible ink onto edible wafer paper and are approximately 1.5″ in size. Edible paper toppers can be used on all sorts of icings – the best in my opinion is butter icing – this has less water moisture. If there is too much moisture in the icing it can cause the topper to curl slightly. So let your icing dry a little before sticking onto your topper.
